Our flows offer a wide range of tools and functionalities designed to suit different professional needs. Whether you're managing a business plan, optimizing your marketing funnel, or creating a content marketing strategy, flows provide the structure and flexibility to support your work.

Flow Card

A Flow Card is a visual representation of your flows, displayed on the Manager Home dashboard. It provides an at-a-glance summary of each flow and offers quick actions for seamless navigation and management.

Visual Display:

The Flow Card shows essential details about the flow, such as its name, purpose, or key status indicators, in a visually appealing format.

Bottom Sheet Access:

Click on the Flow Card to open its Bottom Sheet. The Bottom Sheet provides additional options and details, such as flow settings, user management, and quick insights.

Open the Flow:

Click the Open button on the Flow Card to launch the full flow. This action takes you directly to the flow interface, where you can engage with its grid of app content cards and tools.

Flow UI

The Flow UI is the central interface for organizing and interacting with your flows. It provides a structured and customizable environment where app content cards are displayed and managed, allowing you to tailor workflows to your specific needs.

Tables for Enhanced Organization:

At the top of the Flow UI, you can create Tables. Tables are groups of apps within a flow, enabling you to further categorize and organize your tools and resources.

Grid Display of App Content Cards:

The Flow UI displays all your app content cards in a clean and organized grid format, making it easy to navigate and work within your flow.

Adding and Linking Apps:

Add new apps directly to your flow or link existing apps from other Spaces or Flows. Apps can belong to multiple flows, offering flexibility and reuse across different workflows.

Switch Between App and View Modes:

Customize how you interact with your apps:

  • App View: Displays your apps as standalone entities within the flow.
  • View Mode: Displays the internal views of each app as app content cards, providing deeper access to the tools and data they contain.

This setting can be adjusted in the Flow Settings, allowing you to adapt the UI to your preferences and needs.

App Content Card

An App Content Card is a dynamic, customizable component within a flow that represents an app designed to meet specific tasks or objectives. In the context of a flow, these cards are organized into a grid, creating a cohesive workspace tailored to your unique strategies and workflows.

Each App Content Card provides users with powerful tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity. These cards serve as the building blocks of a flow, enabling users to:

  • Organize Tasks: Group related apps together for seamless task management. Visualize all necessary tools and resources in a single, structured layout.

  • Execute Strategies: Leverage app-specific functionalities to complete tasks efficiently. Access customizable apps for tasks like project management, marketing, design, HR, and more.

  • Create, configure, and personalize each card to align with your objectives. Adapt the flow to suit various industries, such as business planning, eCommerce, and content creation.

The App Content Card provides quick access to app functionalities with three primary actions:

  • Quick Open: Click on the display image to instantly open the app for immediate use. Access the Sheet:

  • Click on the app's name to navigate directly to its detailed sheet, where you can view and manage its content. App Content Settings:

  • Click on the settings icon to open the app’s settings menu, allowing you to customize its configurations and preferences.

Open the Flow:

  • Click on the Flow Item to instantly open and interact with the flow. This action brings up the grid of app content cards and tools associated with the flow, allowing you to begin working seamlessly.

Flow Settings:

  • Access the settings menu by clicking on the settings icon within the flow item. This menu allows you to:
    • Rename the Flow
    • Add Users to the Flow
    • Delete the Flow
